This ruling impacts RTC laws in AK, HI, CA, AZ, OR, WA, & MT.

While the context of the case is not yet clear – the NRA said it wasn’t its case – the gun rights organization said the ruling affects multiple states, several of which are “constitutional carry” states that don’t require a permit.
