Think of all the trees we could save if we all got rid of unwanted junk mail! Just made the call this morning and it took about 3 minutes(When it asks for your SS and DOB, you can say nothing and still complete the steps). What are some of your favorite life hacks to minimize waste?
“I love to get junk mail – it is great for compost, road fill, kitty litter, mulch, scrap paper (that can then be used in the above ways), etc. Even the return envelopes are wonderful for organizing and storing seeds, small items, etc. The trees are already dead. We are not going to stop the advertisement campaigns, and if you do not get the excess mail, then it is much more likely to end up in a landfill where it won’t get the many uses you might be able to do with it before it is composted somewhere.”
