VLADIMIR Putin’s limousine was allegedly attacked in a possible assassination attempt as the war in Ukraine rages on, Kremlin insiders claim.
The Russian tyrant’s car was hit by a “loud bang” on its left front wheel which was followed by “heavy smoke”, sources close to the leader allege.
Putin‘s limo was driven to safety with the president unharmed – but there have been multiple arrests from his security service, it is claimed.
It is reported some of his bodyguards have vanished amid claims secret information about the 69-year-old’s movements were compromised, according to the General GVR Telegram channel.
The anti-Kremlin channel claims Putin was travelling back to his official residence in a decoy motorcade amid security fears.
The “backup” convoy was made up of five armoured cars, with Putin in the third, it is claimed.

General SVR is a Russian xxxxxxxx channel that regularly publishes classified information about Vladimir Putin and the Kremlin.
According to the channel, Putin was heading to his official residence on an unspecified date in a decoy motorcade amid intense fears for his safety.
Five armored cars took part in the motorcade, with Putin in the third, according to the claim.
The car was driven to safety, with Vladimir Putin emerging safe and sound. However, his security service made several arrests – while some of the bodyguards disappeared – amid claims that classified information about the 69-year-old president’s movements was compromised, the General SVR xxxxxxxx channel claims.

“On the way to his residence, just a few kilometers away, the first car of the convoy was blocked by an ambulance, and the second car made a slight detour without stopping because of the sudden obstacle.
In Putin’s car, a loud bang was heard from the left front wheel, followed by thick smoke,” the xxxxxxxx channel reports.
Putin’s car “despite the problems created in its control” left the scene of the attack and arrived safely at the president’s residence.
“The body of a man was then found driving the ambulance, which blocked the first car of the motorcade ,” adds SVR General. The channel – which boasts plenty of inside information from the Kremlin but has provided no hard evidence for its claims – said details of the alleged attack were “classified”.
“The head of the president’s bodyguards and several other people have been suspended and are in custody,” the channel said, without naming anyone.
“A small circle of people knew about the president’s move and all of them were from the presidential security service.
“After the incident, three of them disappeared. These were exactly the people in the first car of the motorcade.
“Their fate is currently unknown. The car they were traveling in was found empty a few kilometers from the incident.”
