Moments ago: Matt Hancock says he wants to change the aptly named 1984 UK Public Health Act so things like lockdowns are EASIER to implement… “What everybody missed in the Western world was that lockdowns were going to be necessary” Is he still blissfully unaware that Sweden – the only country to not lockdown – recorded negative excess mortality up to June 2021, not too mention the LOWER excess mortality rates it’s recorded compared to other countries in Europe since.
