The North Texas Poison Control Center at Parkland Hospital is warning about a new synthetic drug that has made its way into Texas

A new street drug known as “Flakka” has some dangerous effects and we have the videos to prove it. The drug has been on the rise according to law enforcement. There were zero cases in 2010, 85 cases in 2012, and 670 cases in 2014. Users of the drug experience euphoria, paranoia, delusions, adrenaline-like strength, hallucinations and sweating.
