Alternative-News.tk - externalVentura County, California hired a PI to spy on him. Turns out he was stealing water from a fire hydrant. He was loading up a white tanker truck about 8 miles away, several times a week. All to get around the drought restrictions. He was using the water for his Avocado trees on his private farm.

No criminal charges are filed. Just a lawsuit for money owned. If it was any average farmer, you know he’d be thrown in jail and charged with a felony. Maybe even his farm seized.
