Today the Supreme Court ruled in favor of police being able to enter PRIVATE HOMES if they suspect a permanent crime (such as drug trafficking or unregistered firearms) is being committed.
This goes against our constitutional rights to privacy and property, and since the break-in (there is no other word) only needs to be justified AFTER it’s taken place, it will allow for even more abuse from the world’s deadliest police force.
Yes, we are bananaland, but beware your civil rights! This is a loss to all freedom loving individuals and takes us one step closer to an overpowering police state.
