UPDATE: Clouds of smoke that were seen in the area of the Eiffel Tower in Paris were not the result of a terror attack, officials say. A truck caught fire at Pont dāIena ā which is across the Seine river behind the Eiffel Tower ā but the cause was accidental, local police confirmed. It said the fire has already been extinguished.
