MAID = Medical assistance in dying.
This combat vet just stated that Canada has killed more people since 2016 with maids, than world war II. 42,000 Canadians died in the war.
The Canadian government since 2016 has “offed” more than 44,000, and saved close to 100 million in medical costs.
They closed down a hospice because they refused to implement it in BC.

The drugs used are the same ones used for execution except they are paralyzed. And those drugs are akin to drowning.
If you take it orally, it can take up to 24 hours to die, waterboarded for 24 hours, paralysed!
She brings up an organisation, in BC, but it has chapters everywhere in Canada: “Dying with Dignity”.

She said they are sending out brochures to elderly, healthy elderly promoting maids and telling them its the right thing to do to save money on healthcare for the higher cost years. Its slide shows they send out and encouraging them not to be a burden on society, just end yourself.

“My Mother went to hospital in 2023. She was 91. She had gall stones and needed surgery to fix that problem. I had power of Attorney so they called me. They wanted to give her MAID instead of surgery. I said NO. Then in late 2024 she went to a different hospital not feeling well. The Doctor called me and wanted to give her MAID. I asked what was wrong with her. He said they didn’t know they didn’t think it was worthwhile doing any tests. I insisted they do tests. He called me the next morning and she had a bladder infection. They still wanted to do MAID. I again said no and they kept her there for three days giving her antibiotics. A different doctor called me everyday and tried to convince me to let them do Maid. I was so disgusted.”
