Ukrainian Defence Minister Stepan Poltorak, who turned 50 on Wednesday, received and posed with some unusual gifts: a mugshot cake of Vladimir Putin, as well as a framed picture of himself spanking the Russian president. The photos were posted on the Facebook page of Assistant Defence Minister and presidential adviser Yuri Biryukov, and received several thousand likes.
