Supreme Court and Federal Judges Legislating (Making up Law from the Bench)
Roe v. Wade, (1973), the United States Supreme Court Ruled on the issue of abortion. Decided simultaneously with a companion case, Doe v. Bolton, the Court ruled 7–2 that a right to privacy under the due process clause of the 14th Amendment extended to a woman’s decision to have an abortion, but that this right must be balanced against the state’s two legitimate interests in regulating abortions: protecting prenatal life and protecting women’s health. Arguing that these state interests became stronger over the course of a pregnancy, the Court resolved this balancing test by tying state regulation of abortion to the third trimester of pregnancy.
The Court later rejected Roe?’?s trimester framework, while affirming Roe?’?s central holding that a person has a right to abortion until viability. When people accepted this Ruling of Federal Judges, they Accepted that Murdering unborn Children is endorsed and Supported by the Federal Government. Since this Ruling Millions of Children have been Murdered in the 50 United States, and Billions of Children have been Murdered around the World and other countries followed the immoral lead of Seven Judges in the U.S.A.

Numerous States have voted to BAN Gay Marriage within their state, Yet ONE Federal Judge in Each State as Overturned this Sates Decision, calling it Unconstitutional.
The Federal Constitution and all of it’s Amendments do not protect the right of people to get married to someone of the same gender as themselves.

The decision on the ObamaCare ruling by the Supreme Court on National Federation of Independent Business v. Sebelius was decided on June 28, 2012. The Supreme Court ObamaCare ruling was a 5-4 ruling to uphold the Affordable Care Act. The final Ruling on ObamaCare had a few implications ranging from ObamaCare being defined as a tax and not a mandate and a choice for States to Opt-Out of Medicaid Expansion. Here Five Judges Ruled that the Federal Government WILL Force people to Buy a Product(Health Insurance) or be faced with paying a Tax to the Federal Government to pay for their Health Insurance. This Ruling by 5 Supreme Court Judges has cost Millions of people in America their Employment, or reduced their Hours of Work each week, reducing their income. It has raised peoples Insurance rates making Insurance unaffordable for millions of people. It has Turned over Private Health Information about people to the Government that is being used by the Government to take away their Guns, Force unwanted and harmful treatments on people and take Children away from parents who stood against harmful medical treatments mandated by the Government as standard Care for a disease or condition. A Universal Fundamental Human Right of people to decide what they put into their bodies, and their Children’s bodies is being surrendered by people who do not stand against this Tyranny and will lead to their deaths.
