New Delhi: The Indian Army has sighted footprints of the Himalayan mythical creature – Yeti near the Makalu Base Camp located in North-Eastern Himalayas. The Additional Directorate General of Public Information (ADG-PI) of the Indian Army late on Monday tweeted photos of the same.
According to the Indian Army, its Mountaineering Expedition team has, for the first time, sighted footprints measuring 32×15 inches on April 9 this year near the Makalu Barun park national park located in Nepal — the only place where this hitherto elusive creature has purportedly been sighted in the past.
