Arkansas Judge Joseph Boeckmann has been accused of trading court favors, such as sentence reduction or dismissals of fines or other costs, for sexual favors and relationships with white, male defendants, using their community service hours for work at his home, and having child pornography on his computer, in a statement filed Tuesday by the state Judicial Discipline and Disability Commission.
