Source: Merkel party member calls her signing the UN Migration Pact “An act of treason”
While most of the Christian Democratic Union delegates were highly supportive and some even had signs reading “Thanks boss”, Eugen Abler was having none of it.
He appealed to Merkel to not sign the UN pact for migration and called plans to do so an act of treason.
According to Abler the migration pact will have an even more disastrous impact on the country than the chancellor’s decisions in 2015 and went on to call the pact a Trojan horse.
He expanded his points by mentioning culturally foreign refugees and illegal migrants, who endanger the German way of life and the feeling of homeland.
Most of the migrants are of working age but 80 per cent of them live on benefits, Abler continued. Furthermore the majority of migrants are Muslim. It is naive to believe, that they will integrate in Germany.
He ended his speech by wishing the new CDU chairwoman good luck and called on her to make the party strong again.
