The driver just happened to be Carnita Matthews. She is Muslim and wears the Burqa.
The officer wanted her to take a breathalyzer test, to which Matthews had very strong objections.
Alcohol is expressly forbidden in Islam and Mrs. Matthews went on a tirade accusing the officer of profiling her simply because she was wearing a burqa.
She accused him of racism, when he asked her to remove her face covering to confirm her ID. She refused to and later filed a false charge against the officer saying that he tried to force her to remove it. He gave her a ticket however for incorrectly displaying her paper tags.
Local courts saw through her lies and false accusations, greatly aided by the officerās dash cam, which showed no such thing taking place.
