Apparently not according to the New England Journal. More like

Welcome to the new medical fascism of 2020. TheĀ New England Journal of Medicine, the same fake science rag thatĀ committed total fraud to dishonestly smear hydroxychloroquineĀ and protect the interests of vaccine companies, is now saying that all human beings must be forced to take mandatory vaccines. Those who refuse should face severe punishment, the NEJM insists, and insidious measures should be pursued to make sure no one can challenge the punishments in a court of law.

ā[B]ecause of the infectiousness and dangerousness of the virus, relatively substantive penalties could be justified, including employment suspension or stay-at-home orders for persons in designated high-priority groups who refuse vaccination,āĀ says the NEJM paper.
It also states thatĀ authoritarian medical personnel should bypass due process so that no one can challenge their orders in a court of law, stating, āNeither fines nor criminal penalties should be used, howeverā¦ criminal penalties invite legal challenges on procedural due-process grounds [and] may stoke distrust.ā
It goes on to explain that vaccine mandates should not be promoted as mandates. Instead, those who refuse vaccines should be harshly punished as a way to force the mandates without ever declaring it. ā[S]tate mandates should not be structured as compulsory vaccination (absolute requirements); instead, noncompliance should incur a penalty,ā the paper states.
And then, incredibly, the same paper goes on to claim that health authorities must ābuild public trustā through a ātransparent and inclusive process,ā even though the same paper openly claimed the public should be misled and coerced into vaccine mandates.
To its credit, the paper does argue that vaccine manufacturers should not be involved in crafting public policy or pushing mandates, since no one trusts the vaccine companies anymore. (Amazing how quickly that happened, isnāt it?)
So the bottom line here is as follows:

The health authoritarians are pushing for mandatory vaccines, but they wonāt call them āmandates.ā

Instead, they will PUNISH you for refusing to go along with their mandates, making your life miserable.

They are avoiding any mandates that could be challenged in a court of law in order to bypass due process.

They then claim this is how the vaccine industry can ābuild trustā with the public by pretending to be engaged in ātransparency.ā
Thanks to covid-19 tyrants, the whole idea of āinformed consentā is now ancient history across the medical science establishment. Vaccine promoters believe they are the new āJudge Dreddā enforcers of society, and they believe that their experimental concoctions, no matter how risky or dangerous, should be forcibly injected into all human beings. Those who resist should be severely punished, they claim, and they will punish you in a way that you canāt challenge in a court of law.
