Police have arrested the man suspected of injuring another man at a table for a conservative student group on Upper Sproul Plaza at UC Berkeley.
An Alameda County Superior Court Judge issued a warrant for the arrest of suspect Zachary Greenberg.
Grrrenberg was arrested by the University of California Police Department and booked into jail at 1 p.m.
According to UC Berkeley officials, “UCPD will formally present the case to the Alameda County District Attorney’s Office for consideration of the filing of criminal charges.”
