Seattle Goes All Out Gay; Rainbow Crosswalks, Genderless Bathrooms
It’s been a busy week for LGBT activists in Seattle. After proudly unveiling rainbow crosswalks in Seattle’s “gay friendly” neighborhood in celebration of Pride, Mayor Ed Murray plans to propose an even bigger demand to local businesses.
Murray is now asking that local businesses and city hall get rid of gendered bathrooms.
The bathroom police demand that all single stall bathrooms no longer be designated by gender in an effort to make the city more accessible for the trans community.
