American and EU leaders are making a “grievous error” by taking Russian President Vladimir Putin for their ally in the fight against Islamic State, billionaire investor George Soros has stated. Putinās real aim is the EUās disintegration, Soros alleged.
In an opinion piece for Project-syndicate.org, the billionaire stated that “the best way to [cause the disintegration of the Euro bloc] is to flood the EU with Syrian refugees.”
“There is no reason to believe that [Putin] intervened in Syria in order to aggravate the European refugee crisis,” Soros says.āBut once Putin saw the opportunity to hasten the EUās disintegration, he seized it. He has obfuscated his actions by talking of cooperating against a common enemy, ISIS [Islamic State/IS, also known as ISIL].”
The veteran US investor goes on to say it is āhard to understand” why both Europe and Washington “take Putin at his word” instead of”judging him by his behaviour.”….Ā https://www.rt.com
George Soros has confirmed he wants to bring down Europeās borders
Last week, Mr Orban accused Mr Soros ā who was born in Hungary ā of deliberately encouraging the migrant crisis.
