The spacious luxury apartment, located on the ‘Billionaires’ Row’ area of 57th Street in Manhattan, has broken the record for the most expensive apartment ever sold in Manhattan.
The NY Daily News reports an anonymous buyer paid $100.47 million for the apartment, which takes the entire 89th and 90th floors of One57 (above), an upscale apartment tower overlooking Central park.
The condo’s sale is the first single-family dwelling to exceed the $100 million dollar mark in New York City’s history.
