A pedestrian was walking on some railway tracks, and was struck and killed by a Canadian Pacific Train in Maple Ridge. The accident occurred near a rail crossing at 225 St & Haney Bypass. Unconfirmed reports, the victim might have been walking with a scooter or bike. A bicycle helmet was located at the scene. The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene. Their is an optical illusion that occurs, when someone is walking on the train tracks, and looks back at a oncoming train. Also it might not be safe to use headphones when walking on railway tracks. It is still unclear how this accident happened, and I will update the information, when RCMP release the official cause of death. People should use extreme cation, when walking on railway tracks
