WATCH: Judicial Watch Prez Tom Fitton – California changed its laws to allow third parties to collect & deliver ballots to be counted. That’s not legal in virtually every other state b/c it’s a recipe for fraud. It’s a way to potentially farm or suppress votes illegally.
