New Orleans Police roll up and down the streets emergency lights flashing and over speaker telling people to go back to their hotels / rooms and not to congregate.
They say to the people on the sidewalks enjoying the nightlifeĀ “you are prohibited from congregating and they are jeopardising everyone’s health”
