Ottawa Rally against UN Global Compact Migration was supposed to start at 11 AM on Parliament.
Counter protest which originated at Confederation Park ( a few blocks away ) at 10 AM marched to Parliament Hill to cause chaos with those trying to join the UN Global Compact Protest.
Nine people were arrested after Antifa – and UN Global Compact protesters clashed in Ottawa on Saturday. ( I believe most if not ALL on Antifa’s side )
