I worked on a similar project 5 years ago, and it worked well unfortunately. Black box policies are just the pilot for all behaviour-based insurance. Almost 100% of new cars (ICE or electric, it doesn’t matter) have trackers built into them by default, and have done for at least 7 years without the knowledge of the owner so actually you may be able to own an older car, but you wont be able to escape being watched.
